My alarm clock was set to ring at 5am wiping crust from my eyes to not miss any moment of the Royal Wedding. From my formative years as a child watching the wedding of Diana and Prince Charles, I instantly fell in love with the pomp and circumstance of any ceremony relating to the royal family.
First of all, Maghan Markle radiant beauty shimmered ever so gorgeous in a beautiful white gown designed by Givenchy top by a tiara from Queen Elizabeth collection. She was the epitome of perfection.
Their love and laughter during the ceremony seemed to be contagious as many witness such a defining moment for the world.
What a pleasant surprise to witness the many elements of Black culture inserted into the ceremony to celebrate the beautiful heritage of Meghan Markle. It was evident a message of unification and love for all humanity was felt throughout the room and beyond.
